Here’s how it works:

    Place your piece on a neutral surface and take a well-lit photo from directly above. This image helps us understand its shape, structure and engraving potential – and becomes the starting point for your layout.
  • 2. Design directly on your photo
    Upload the photo to our design tool and begin building your engraving right on the image. Add names, dates, quotes, coordinates, symbols – or even upload your own artwork. You’ll see your design where it’s meant to be: on your own item.
  • 3. Submit your layout for review
    When the design feels right, send it to us. No payment yet – just an idea ready to be shaped. We’ll take a look, and together we’ll explore what’s possible.
  • 4. We review, reflect and respond
    We carefully examine every detail – surface, scale, material, placement – and contact you if anything needs adjusting. If something isn’t feasible, we’ll work with you to find a beautiful solution.
  • 5. Receive your quote and next steps
    Once your design is confirmed, we’ll send you a personal quote and secure payment link. From there, it’s time to send us your piece.
  • 6. Ship your item to us
    Package your item with care, use insured and trackable shipping, and include your name and reference number inside. We’ll notify you as soon as it arrives.
  • 7. We engrave your story
    Once in our hands, your piece becomes personal for us, too. We engrave it with focus, precision and care – always true to your layout, and true to what it represents.
  • 8. Your engraved piece returns home
    When complete, we carefully wrap and return your personalized item – ready to be held, remembered, gifted or passed on.
